How to Make Spicy Fried Chicken:
1. Marinate chicken meat with 200 ml of salted water for about 15 minutes. Set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients for seasoning in bowl, and stir until blended. Set aside.
3. Mix 3 tbsp. of flour mixture with water sufficiently. Stir well.
4. Combine the seasoning mix with the flour mixture.
5. Dip the chicken meat in the batter until the meat is covered with the dough.
6. Heat the oil over medium heat, cook chicken meat, and fry until golden browned.
7. Once cooked, remove and drain.
